Lapis Appss is an app development studio that creates a wide variety of Apps. We create Apps that can be downloaded freely, functioning on the basis of an advertising model, as well as a paid version, or functioning on the basis of a subscription model that does not contain advertising.
We make Apps available to you subject to the following Terms of Use. Do not use the App if you do not accept these Terms of Use. If you use the App, you affirmatively accept these Terms of Use.
Lapis apps grants you the right to install and use copies of the App on your device running a validly licensed copy of the operating system.
Without prejudice to any other rights, Lapis apps may terminate this Terms of Use if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Terms of Use. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the App in your possession.
(a) You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any and all copies of the App. (b) You may not distribute registered copies of the App to third parties. (c) You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. (d) You may not rent, lease, or lend the App. (e) You must comply with all applicable laws regarding use of the App.
All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to the App and any copies thereof are owned by Lapis apps or its suppliers. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the App is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This Terms of Use grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Lapis apps.
In no event shall Lapis apps be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of 'Authorized Users' use of or inability to use the App, even if Lapis apps has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Lapis apps be liable for loss of data or for indirect, special, incidental, consequential (including lost profit), or other damages based in contract, tort or otherwise. Lapis apps shall have no liability with respect to the content of the App or any part thereof, including but not limited to errors or omissions contained therein, libel, infringements of rights of publicity, privacy, trademark rights, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, moral rights or the disclosure of confidential information.
You can add paid features to the App (turning the App into a “Pro Version”). We’ll automatically bill you from the date you convert to a Paid Version and on each periodic renewal until cancellation. You may cancel your "Pro Version" at any time. Refunds are only issued if required by law. For example, users living in the European Union have the right to cancel their Pro Version subscriptions within 14 days of signing up for, upgrading to, or renewing a Pro Version. Your Pro Version will remain in effect until it's cancelled or terminated under these Terms. If you don’t pay for your Pro Version on time, we reserve the right to suspend it or remove Pro Version features. We may change the fees in effect but will give you advance notice of these changes via a message in the App.
This Terms of Use is governed by the Japanese laws. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo.
